Here are the headlines…

A new kinda’ workshop

With workshop one and two complete and number three planned we have started to receive the first bits of feedback via a survey following our sessions. We’re pleased to say the feedback has been great, staff really enjoy the interactive workshop and feel they left the workshop with an improvement idea that they feel could be implemented tomorrow. We will be revisiting the workshop attendees to see how their idea is going and if they or their colleagues can feel an increase of joy in the workplace.

Spreading the word… (and the joy!)

Our Marks and Spencer Surveys have shown an increase in staff awareness of 15s30m, which is great news! We find meeting staff face-to-face really helps improve attendance at our workshops and encourages staff to interactive with us further on Twitter and via email.

#LetsQItogether with #15s30m

We were delighted to be invited to Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh (WWL) Trust to present our idea to their Quality Champions Committee and explore how we could work together to create the improvement movement that is 15s30m.

We made friends (as usual) with WWL’s Quality Team and their improvement facilitator Deborah Preston came to Bradford to take part in our second workshop, we look forward working with them and their Quality Team in the future

90 out of 100

Our initial aim to kick start our idea was to try get 100 ideas in 100 days, we’re pleased to announce that we’re on 90 ideas in 70 ! Help us get to 100 by sending in your improvement idea of something small that could be done tomorrow that would increase joy in the workplace, e-mail info@15s30m.co.uk

Condolences

We were sad to hear that Sir Peter Carr passed away peacefully last month. We know his memory will live on in the legacy of quality improvement he has inspired amongst many NHS staff and beyond.
